NOTIFICATION FOR EXTENSION OF THE LAST DATE
FOR ONLINE APPLICATION REGISTRATION
FOR ADMISSION TO UNDER GRADUATE AYSUH COURSES (BAMS/BSMS/BUMS/BHMS/BNYS)
FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR – 2026-27 SESSION.
- Online Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to the U.G. AYUSH Medical Degree Courses, namely BAMS, BSMS, BUMS, BHMS and BNYS for the academic year 2026–2027 in the Government and Self-Financing AYUSH Medical Colleges in Tamil Nadu. Admissions shall be made under the Government Quota, Seats Surrendered to the Government, Management Quota and All India Quota (wherever applicable). Separate online applications shall be submitted for each quota, as prescribed in the respective Prospectuses.
- Prospectuses of the above-mentioned Courses can be downloaded from the official website: www.tnayushselection.org.
- Applications will be accepted through online mode only. Applications will not be accepted any other mode other than Online mode under any circumstances.
- Admission to the U.G. AYUSH Medical Degree Courses, namely BAMS, BSMS, BUMS and BHMS, shall be made purely on merit, based on the marks obtained in the NEET (UG)-2026 Examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Admission to the BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences) Medical Degree Course shall be made purely on merit, based on the marks obtained in the Higher Secondary Course (HSC) Examination, in accordance with the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Prospectus.
- Further details such as Eligibility criteria, Cost of Application, Fee details, Counselling Schedule and others can be referred in the Prospectuses concerned available in the official website: www.tnayushselection.org.
- The Candidates are instructed to go through the Prospectuses concerned carefully and be clear about all the instructions with regard to the submission of the online application and upload the necessary original document in PDF/JPEG format wherever required.
- Online Registration fee for application, Online Processing fee and Advance tuition fee should be paid through online Bank payment portal in the website only.
- Candidates should apply separately for each Quota that is for Government Quota & Seats surrendered to the Government, Management Quota Seats & All India Quota seats.

- Special Category Candidates shall pay an additional fee of Rs.100/- for each Special Category applied for.
- Candidates who wish to apply under the Government Special Category Quota alone shall, after submitting the online application, download the filled-in application form and send it along with self-attested photocopies of all the prescribed certificates to “The Secretary, Selection Committee, Directorate of Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy, Arignar Anna Government Hospital for Indian Medicine Campus, Arumbakkam, Chennai – 600 106”, either by Post / Courier or by submitting it in person, so as to reach the office on or before 07.08.2026 by 5.00 P.M.
- The Special Category Candidates should be physically present for Counselling on the date of counselling at their own cost.

- 2026-2027 ஆம் கல்வியாண்டிற்காக, தமிழ்நாட்டிலுள்ள அனைத்து அரசு மற்றும் சுயநிதி, இந்திய மருத்துவம் மற்றும் ஓமியோபதி மருத்துவக் கல்லூரிகளில் உள்ள அரசு ஒதுக்கீட்டு இடங்கள் / அரசுக்கு ஒப்பளிக்கப்பட்ட இடங்கள் , அகில இந்திய ஒதுக்கீட்டு இடங்கள் மற்றும் நிர்வாக ஒதுக்கீட்டு இடங்கள் அனைத்திற்கும், சித்தா (BSMS), ஆயுர்வேதம் (BAMS), யுனானி (BUMS), ஓமியோபதி (BHMS) மற்றும் யோகா மற்றும் இயற்கை மருத்துவம் (BNYS) மருத்துவ பட்டப்படிப்புகளுக்கான சேர்க்கை பெற அனுமதிப்பதற்கான இணையவழி விண்ணப்பங்கள் (Online Applications) தகுதியான நபர்களிடமிருந்து (ஒவ்வொரு ஒதுக்கீட்டு இடங்களுக்கும் தனித்தனி விண்ணப்பங்கள்) உரிய தகவல் தொகுப்பேட்டில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு வரவேற்கப்படுகின்றன.
- பி.ஏ.எம்.எஸ் / பி.எஸ்.எம்.எஸ் / பி.யு.எம்.எஸ் / பி.எச்.எம்.எஸ் / பி.என்.ஒய்.எஸ். மருத்துவ பட்டப்படிப்புகளுக்கான உரிய தகவல் தொகுப்பேட்டினை ”www.tnayushselection.org” என்ற வலைதளங்களில் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்து கொள்ளலாம்.
- இணையவழியில் மட்டுமே (Online Applications) விண்ணப்பப் படிவங்கள் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படும். வேறு எந்த வழியிலும் பெறப்படும் விண்ணப்பங்கள் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படமாட்டாது.
- இளநிலை ஆயுஷ் மருத்துவப் பட்டப்படிப்புகளான சித்தா (BSMS), ஆயுர்வேதம் (BAMS), யுனானி (BUMS) மற்றும் ஓமியோபதி (BHMS) ஆகிய படிப்புகளுக்கான மாணவர் சேர்க்கை, தேசியத் தேர்வு முகமையால் (National Testing Agency – NTA) நடத்தப்பட்ட தேசிய தகுதி மற்றும் நுழைவுத் தேர்வு (இளநிலை) [NEET (UG)] – 2026-ல் பெற்ற மதிப்பெண்களின் அடிப்படையில், முழுமையாகத் தகுதி வரிசை (Merit) அடிப்படையில் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும். யோகா மற்றும் இயற்கை மருத்துவம் (BNYS) மருத்துவப் பட்டப்படிப்பிற்கான மாணவர் சேர்க்கை, உரிய தகவல் தொகுப்பேட்டில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள தகுதி நிபந்தனைகளின்படி, மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளி (+2) பொதுத்தேர்வில் பெற்ற மதிப்பெண்களின் அடிப்படையில், முழுமையாகத் தகுதி வரிசை (Merit) அடிப்படையில் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும்.
- மாணவர் சேர்க்கைக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்கத் தேவையான தகுதிகள், விண்ணப்பக் கட்டணம் மற்றும் பிற கட்டண விவரங்கள், கலந்தாய்விற்கான அட்டவணை மற்றும் பிற தகவல்களினை www.tnayushselection.org என்ற வலைதளத்தில் உள்ள உரிய தகவல் தொகுப்பேட்டில் அறியலாம்.
- விண்ணப்பிக்கும்முன் உரிய தகவல் தொகுப்பேட்டினை முழுமையாகப் படித்து சரியான தகவல்களைப் பதிவேற்றவும் மற்றும் தேவையான இடங்களில் அனைத்து அசல் சான்றிதழ்களின் PDF/JPEG வடிவில் பதிவேற்றவும்.
- விண்ணப்பக் கட்டணம், இணையவழி கலந்தாய்வுக் கட்டணம், கல்விக் கட்டண முன்பணம் இவை அனைத்தும் இணையவழி மூலமாக மட்டுமே செலுத்தவேண்டும்.
- விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் அரசு ஒதுக்கீட்டு இடங்கள் / அரசுக்கு ஒப்பளிக்கப்பட்ட இடங்கள், அகில இந்திய ஒதுக்கீட்டு இடங்கள் மற்றும் நிர்வாக ஒதுக்கீட்டு இடங்கள் ஒவ்வொன்றிற்கும் தனித்தனியாக விண்ணப்பிக்க வேண்டும்.
- படிப்புப் பிரிவு : சித்தா (BSMS), ஆயுர்வேதம் (BAMS), யுனானி (BUMS), ஓமியோபதி (BHMS) மற்றும் யோகா மற்றும் இயற்கை மருத்துவம் (BNYS).
